Responsible for implementation, control & ensure of all kind of human resource policy & procedure define by the management & Bangladesh labor law.
Responsibilities to lead the team with proper job assignment distribution, coordination, cooperation & follow-up with decision making to ensure that all the HR and Welfare members is performing their daily jobs as per requirement, also providing the on-job regular training & awareness to subordinates for increase & develop their job skill.
Developing & monitoring to ensure of implemented policies and procedures, implementing of recruitment, selection, orientation, training, counseling and communication programs, planning, monitoring, placement, hiring & firing, Appraising/Evaluating, reviewing/ensure job description, planning and reviewing compensation strategies.
Monitoring of daily summary of attendance, absent, leave of workers, Late and maintain the SOP for these.
Responsibilities to monitor & ensure section wise manpower requirement is recruited by the HR team will ensure the recruitment is comply with the approved manpower budget/project define by the IE or top management as well as to follow the recruitment process is done by following the approved recruitment policy.
Monitor & ensure employees information update in payroll software, biometric, bank accounts for all new employees.
Follow up & monitor daily HR activities all workers/staff/management personnel files, ID cards, appointment letters, attendance management, leave management, salary & wages, bonus, over time record, pay slip, job card, tiffin allowance, Increment, promotion, resignation, termination, lefty, service book, hand book, maternity benefit, compensation & others benefits as compliance demand as per the company policy with strong supervision.
Monitoring, follow up & ensure all kind of payment on time such as salary, wages, OT, night/tiffin/shifting/incentive, bonus, final settlement, lefty payment, earn leave, PF, service benefits, maternity benefits etc. & ensure required documentation as per require.
Monitor and implementation of company disciplinary action procedure. Ensure official disciplinary action ageist the violated person & maintain documents accordingly.
Responsibilities to review the existing HR policy & revise if require & ensure top management approval before publishing to employees.
Ensure implementation of leave management as per company leave policy.
Prepare & update of section wise Organogram chart.
Update master data & employees’ information is up to date.
Prepare monthly HRM budget & submit to management.
Monitoring/checking & ensure various type of reports such as daily recruitment, attendance, absenteeism, OT, lefty, resign, termination, disciplinary action, new joining report/analysis.
Monitor and ensure day to day harmonies & industrial relations in the factory.
Assist to the overall administrative activities of the factory.
Responsibilities to support compliance team during audit and ensure satisfactory audit result.
Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
