Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in major Human Resources Management or Masters in Mgt. and PGDM in HRM
∎ Any additional professional qualification/certification of certified training course in a related discipline shall bee considered as added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Execute overall factory HR, Admin & Compliance activities
∎ • Practice HR, Admin, Compliance as per Bangladesh Labor Law
∎ • Ensure required compliance in the factory premises and implemented as per buyer code of conduct
∎ • Develop strategic policy & procedures in aspect of HR & Compliance issues
∎ • Comply approved manpower plan while recruiting
∎ • Evaluate training needs and manage training programs to build competent workforce
∎ • Sort and solve non-compliance issues through daily monitoring & internal audit in the factory
∎ • Prepare reports, documents where and whenever requires by the management and by the buyers
∎ • Handle Social /Environment / Technical guidelines and necessary certifications
∎ • Facing world renowned buyers audit and prepare Corrective Action Plan (CAP) against audit reports.
∎ • Map security plan for the entire unit and ensures security section is working efficiently to provide full security
∎ • Take care Housekeeping properly in all over the premises
∎ • Be well conversant with local labor laws, Govt. offices, social compliance, C-TPAT/SCS, technical & environmental compliance.
∎ • Look after the complicated labor issues in line with existing labor law and other government regulation as well.
∎ • Coordinate with buyer representatives/auditor's visit in the factory time to time.
∎ • Assist welfare team for smooth continuation of their regular activities.
∎ • Check all data, records, formats, files, books & registers of all departments whether these are properly prepared, issued, updated & maintained as per compliance requirements.
∎ • Translating the organization strategy and goals into an HR strategy and providing leadership for HR management related learning and development.
∎ • Developing and implementing Organizational Development (OD) strategies in alignment with organizational goals.
∎ • Monitoring, Evaluating of performance and developing the skills of the team members.
∎ • Managing general HR practices strongly such as recruitment, staffing, prepare payroll, performance management system, staff orientation, development and training, compensation and benefits administration.
∎ • Managing employee relations, conflict resolution, employee welfare services and counseling.
∎ • Carry out the monthly and annual performance appraisal process in an efficient manner.
∎ • Monitoring and update leave statement, yearly increment, salary adjustment and individual salary statement.
∎ • Monitoring Interviews/ Initial screening the candidates/ helping in recruitment processes.
∎ • Managing and coordinating organizational grievance system and disciplinary proceedings.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ • Minimum 10 years in well renowned factory
∎ • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ LEED certified green woven Garments
∎ • Compliance, Administration, HR, Welfare, Labor Counseling
∎ • Candidate must have good knowledge in English both verbal/ written and Computer skill (Email Communication, MS Word. MS Excel, MS Excess, Power point)
