Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead HR policy, compliance, and organisational planning.
∎ Manage recruitment, onboarding, and talent development.
∎ Oversee performance appraisals and incentive systems.
∎ Ensure labour law compliance and internal documentation.
∎ Supervise admin operations, procurement, and vendor management.
∎ Support internal branding and culture-building initiatives.
∎ Implement HRMS tools and digital HR operations.
∎ Manage crisis protocols and data protection policies.
∎ We are hiring an experienced and proactive HR & Admin Manager to lead human resources, compliance, and administrative operations. This role will report directly to the GM and CEO, playing a key part in aligning people strategies with business objectives while cultivating a productive and compliant work environment.
