Diploma/BSC Automobile, Power, Mechanical/Electrical in any discipline.

Experience in relevant field will get preference.

Ability of Multi-tasking and people handling. 

Ability to work under pressure and diversified environment and handling factory transport.

Knowledge on distribution process and documentation.

Good Communication with self driven.

Well Conversant with compute system.

Good command on both written and spoken English.

Ability to work under pressure. 

Ability to handle big transport flit.

Able to work in a team.



Responsibilities & Context:

Manage, organize and control efficiently electro- mechanical engineering workshop including the management of Technicians and Workers.

Overseeing the maintenance and repair of Mechanical and especially work knowledge in Heavy Equipment’s Engine & Hydraulic maintenance (Cranes, Excavators, Magnet, Grab, Bucket, Pay loaders, Dynast Generators, Roller, Forklifts of different manufacturers, like, Kobelco, Sennebogen, CAT, XCMG SANY, Manitou. Etc.

Manage, plan, control and organize the planned preventative and corrective action o elector mechanical & mechanical maintenance on all equipment in order to maximize their lifespan and ensure safety.

Diagnosing electro mechanical issues, mechanical issues and ensuring timely solutions.

Ensure schedule maintenance and breakdown maintenance of all equipment of the company as per schedule.

To ensure troubleshooting and take initiative to repair according to user demand.

To ensure that the essential tools and instruments are available to the equipment.

To ensure monitoring the performance of elector mechanical part & mechanical machinery, ensuring remedial work is undertaken to prevent failure/loss of the elector mechanical parts and equipment.

Responsible for major installation & maintenance of elector mechanical & mechanical parts of vehicles, leading the team of Technicians assigned to the task.

Provide a elector mechanical & mechanical engineering advisory service to other sections as per requirement.

Create & maintain register of all workshop equipment to manage the timely calibration and maintenance of this equipment.

Ensure all lifting gear and workshop equipment is maintained to the highest possible standard.

Manage the administration of the mechanical workshop.

Ensure all log books and departmental records are effectively maintained to enable stock control, ordering of parts and all other workshop functions operate efficiently.

Manage the vehicle cleaning program to meet the operational requirements of the various departments.

Produce monthly and annual transport statistics and reports, to review performance and recommend procedural enhancements for discussion.

Work within the Workshop on a regular basis, to retain/update mechanical skills & knowledge.

Be prepared to step in and assist all Technicians in times of emergencies & undertake on the job training with all Technicians should it be required.

Any other tasks as assigned by the management from time to time.
