∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Previous experience of Managing Graphics Team.
∎ Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in the sports apparel industry
∎ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
∎ Strong understanding of design principles and layout techniques
∎ Knowledge of print and production processes
∎ Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
∎ Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
∎ Passion for sports and familiarity with sports apparel trends
∎ Strong ability to write and verbally communicate effectively in English.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Graphic Manager is responsible for overseeing the design and development of visual graphics for a sports apparel company.
∎ Working closely with the design and sales teams, the Graphic Manager ensures that all visual materials align with the company’s brand image and objectives.
∎ Key responsibilities include managing the graphic design process from concept to completion, maintaining brand standards, conducting trend research, leading a team of designers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
∎ The Graphic Manager also reviews and approves final designs, and ensures high-quality output.
