Job Context:
∎ Nakshikatha is specialized on Airport Services, Airport Branding and other Promotional activities. We are operating several world class Lounges at the airports of Bangladesh and a five star category kitchen at HSIA.
∎ We are currently in search of a potential leader with needed functional expertise to build our team.
∎ Job Location : Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and handle all operational activities at Lounge, Kitchen & Bar area.
∎ Develop and ensure proper surveillance of food and beverage supply.
∎ Administer all food and beverage facilities and ensure optimal cleanliness and safety procedures in efficient working.
∎ Develops and manages all financial, employee engagement and guest satisfaction plans and actions for Kitchen and Lounge operations.
∎ Assist various departments in selection process and provide guidance to staff members according to company's rules.
∎ Maintain an inventory for all food and beverage in a monthly basis.
∎ Prepare monthly work schedule as per requirements in assistance with Lounge, Kitchen & Bar employees.
∎ Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
∎ Set, monitor and control budget for food & beverage.
∎ Maintains a positive cost management for kitchen and Lounge operations.
∎ Manage all day-to-day operations. Supervises and manages employees.
∎ Provides proactive coaching and counseling to team members.
∎ Provide a learning atmosphere with a focus on continuous improvement.
∎ Take ownership of the guest complain/problem until it is resolved or it has been addressed by the appropriate authority.

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Hotel, Restaurant, Bar
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good command over Microsoft Office especially Excel
∎ Leadership skills
∎ Management skills
∎ Willingness to work under pressure
∎ Professionalism
∎ Excellent Communication skills in English (written/verbal)
∎ Should work as a team player.
