Job Context:
∎ The position will be responsible for supporting the culture of operational excellence and provide the strategic and tactical support to establish integrated, efficient, fast response, flexible, customer-oriented, accurate, and cost-effective operations.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To sell of Automotive Vehicles ( Sedan /Van/ SUV/Pickup) to Govt. and its statuary organs.
∎ To submit tender for Govt. Sales and follow-up.
∎ To ensure collection of data through market survey.
∎ To assist the account dept. to get receivable amounts after selling vehicles.
∎ To maintain paperwork for govt. Sales.
∎ To attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services.
∎ To open customer accounts by recording account information.
∎ To maintain customer records by updating account information.
∎ To resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
∎ To maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
∎ To recommend potential products or services to the line Manager/ Management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
∎ To prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
∎ To contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 33 years
