Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for handling Finishing Department independently and ensuring shipment target with desired quality.
∎ Ensure that the entire finishing process is going good following SOP's.
∎ Ensure the manpower setup as per lay out with skilled manpower & the daily style wise target achievement.
∎ Demonstration of buyer standard setting on the Iron Table, machine and folding.
∎ Analyze the product and prepare for line feeding to get the right quality first time.
∎ Set the parameter of different finishing machine as per the management instruction
∎ Manage production requirements from Planning, Operation, IE, PAD, Washing, Merchandising and QA through job bag regarding all specifications of garment, accessories, packaging, lead time, capacity and planning study.
∎ Monitor finished goods handover after execution of quality checking finishing and packing to store department to dispatch.
∎ Take preventive action for making nonconformance product.
∎ Any other task assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have Strong technical knowledge in knit garments finishing and quality system.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team of workers & staffs;
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali;
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good in planning and analytical skills
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
