Garments, Textile, Group of Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall Financial Planning such as Cash flow planning, Supply chain finance planning, Working capital planning & Decision Support System of Finance.
∎ Strong monitoring & review of company’s ROI.
∎ Lead team to maintain strong accounting database such as AP & GL management, external audit, financial reporting & ratio analysis.
∎ Review & monitor budget implementation to ascertain that spending occurs as planned and those variances are anticipated, noted, and corrected.
∎ Capable to maintain strong relationship with internal & external stakeholder such as vat & tax authority, different bank & financial officials etc.
∎ Review financial contract agreements and amendments as per requirement.
∎ Develop required SOP, Policy & other necessary guidelines for smooth financial operational purpose.
∎ Develop the capacity of the team and facilitate their professional growth.
∎ Conduct any other assignment to be given by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 34 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven track record and working experience
∎ Must have experience of working in the similar role for at least one year
∎ Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
∎ Ability to plan and undertake multi-tasks effectively
∎ To have the capacity to work logically and systematically
∎ To have the capacity to ensure good time management and work with a Team
∎ To be realistic and prompt to take decision and solve problems independently
∎ To have excellent communication & presentation skills both in Bengali and English.
