• Age At least 28 years

• Candidates must have experience in Finance & Accounts.

• Experience using Accounting Software and Databases.

• Knowledge and competency in accounting principles.

• Proficiency in management systems and reporting.

• Sound interpersonal skills.

Job Context:

• We are looking for a dynamic and energetic person who has at least 05 years of proven experience in the financial and management reports, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements, to support data-driven decision-making and maintain financial transparency for meaningful contribution to HERLAN, a sister concern of Remark HB Limited to reach the goal of the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparation of Financial and Management Reports.

• Process development and automation to streamline financial operations.

• Development of financial policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Schedule of Authority.

• Business Performance & Analytics.

• Prepare the Monthly Incentive Policy, Finalized the monthly sales target and budget preparation.

• Preparation of various ad hoc management reports as required.

• Collaborate with marketing, Audit and financial teams to manage budgets to maximize impact and ROI.

• Closely work with Head of Finance to provide any other ad hoc requirements of management.
