Job Context:
∎ Must have core experience in Fund Management, Bank Finance, Company Loan, Repayment planning & loan facilities achievement from the bank.
∎ also strong communication skill with the Top Management of the maximum bank located in Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analysis of Financial Statements & prepared different statement for the Management
∎ Lead financial meetings time to time
∎ Prepared & vast knowledge on Bank loan
∎ prepared all the documents related to fund arrangement.
∎ Strong liaison with the maximum bank to fulfil the company financial objectives
∎ Prepare quarterly/ monthly/yearly financial budget for all SBU's
∎ Meet the monthly, quarterly and yearly compliances with the regulatory authorities
∎ Deal with requirements of shareholders as and when required
∎ Prepare necessary documents for loan, renewal and achievement of existing loan facilities
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
