Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collecting, interpreting and reviewing financial information
∎ Predicting future financial trends
∎ Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports
∎ Present reports to management and stakeholders, and providing advice how the organization and future business decisions might be impacted
∎ Track the organization's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement
∎ Budget preparation for a commercial and non-commercial projects
∎ Reviewing, monitoring and managing current and upcoming budgets
∎ Developing strategies that work to minimize financial risk
∎ Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the organization and other parts that are linked with the finance policy
∎ Analyzing market trends and competitors
∎ Stay up to date with technological advances and accounting software to be used for financial purposes
∎ Any other task assigned by supervisor

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proven experience in a finance management role
∎ An analytical and critical thinking mind
∎ Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
∎ Commercial and business awareness
∎ Good communication skills – both written and verbal
∎ A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data
∎ Ability to stick to time constraints
