∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting Software, External Audit, Finance/ Accounts, Foreign Exchange & Remittance, Import, Industry Analysis, Internal Audit, Labor Law, VAT and Tax
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Hotel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reporting to CEO, SHDL Chattogram on all account and financial matters of SHDL Chattogram and RBCBV.
∎ Proper functioning of SHDL accounts.
∎ Scrutiny of the function and activities of the finance department of RBCBV in order to economize on expenditure and preventing company loss.
∎ Oversee the revenue, expenses and profit management of the department/ outlets of RBCBV.
∎ Maintain cordial working relations with the departments of RBCBV in the interest of the owner.
∎ Oversee business plan formulation, achievement of long term and short term financial goals, cost management and Capex management of RBCBV.
∎ Maintain communication and liaison with related banks, financial institutions and government organizations for smooth and timely clearance of dues and payments of RBCBV and SHDL Chattogram.
∎ Ensure timely audits of RBCBV and SHDL Chattogram.
∎ Ensure that all outward remittances are cleared timely as per HMA.
∎ Prior coordination with the finance department of RBCBV in preparation and submission of monthly management report.
∎ Place and explain quarterly account report of SHDL Chattogram and RBCBV to Board of Directors (BOD).
∎ Ensure timely clearance of all rents, VAT/ Tax and tariffs of RBCBV and SHDL Chattogram.
∎ Timely submission of Income Tax Return of Company and RBCBV.
∎ Assist in official function of Engineering & Procurement and other section of SHDL Chattogram.
∎ Perform any other related jobs as and when required.

∎ Age 40 to 45 years
