Accounting and Finance, Bank Loan Facility, Business Analysis, Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, Product Costing and budgeting
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cement Industry, Group of Companies, Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Real Estate, Shipping, Trading or Export/Import
Job Responsibilities:
∎ BANKING & ACCOUNTS ACTIVITIES:
∎ Prepare and maintain intercompany Accounts.
∎ Prepare financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement, owner's equity statement, etc.) monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or yearly in accordance with the requirement of the company.
∎ Monitoring and supervising Tax, VAT and other Compliance related matter
∎ Monitoring and Managing Bank Relationship and Liquidity Management
∎ Monitoring and supervising Company supply chain
∎ Ensure general Ledger Posting at Fixed Asset Purchase, Renovation, and Impairment & Disposal as per IAS. Conduct Periodic Fixed Asset Inventory & Updating Fixed Asset Register.
∎ Posting of imported Raw Material Stocks, Periodic Inventory Audit for Raw Material store, Floor Stock at WIP & FG Stock.
∎ Bill checking, bills certify & bill posting in Tally.
∎ Maintain & preparing all kinds of vouchers, cash book, bank book, bill register, general ledger etc.
∎ Prepare and maintain intercompany Accounts in software.
∎ Monthly Bank reconciliation prepared for various banks.
∎ Provide account/ financial information to the top management
∎ Reconcile of debtors and creditors balance loan and advance for SCM (Supply chain Management), marketing, commercial & bond department.
∎ SALES MONITORING:
∎ Aging of receivables - crossed with credit policy and Listing transactions/debtors exceeding approved credit limit;
∎ Costing all new items and costing all promotional products with costing and budget.
∎ Confirm from marketing commercial department about L/C collection and monitoring properly deposit in bank by L/C reconciliation.
∎ Checking rates with Approved Price List, Discounts & Commissions with Policies
∎ Balance confirmation and checked price and budget.
∎ BUDGET & COSTING:
∎ Yearly Budget prepared with a team;
∎ Monthly budget meeting monitoring with production, sales budget;
∎ Checked and balance all transaction follows in approved budget.
∎ Ensure & update product costing with the market trends & business demand.
∎ CASH MONITORING:
∎ Reconciliation of Tally cash book with Manual cash book;
∎ Prepare report for issuing to management;
∎ Inventory and Consumable Stores includes:
∎ Inventory and consumable stores items counting and matched with Bin Card and Tally record;
∎ Recommend to give adjustment if required;
∎ OTHERS:
∎ Supervise & review the task of sub-ordinates and reports to head of Department;
∎ Carry out other related duties as per the instruction of authority.

∎ Age 32 to 42 years

Salary: Tk. 60000 - 80000 (Monthly)
