Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting, Finance
∎ BBA/ MBA/ M. Com (Accounting/Finance)/ BBS/ MBS (Accounting/Finance) with CACC/ICMAB (Part Qualified)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting and Finance, Audit, Tally ERP9, VAT and Tax

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manages/controlling day-to-day accounting, invoicing, payroll, cash management, bank transactions, expenditure, cash & fund flow statement, stock record, trial balance, Tax & VAT management etc.
∎ Maintain all kinds of bills, vouchers, tally software, bank book, bill register, general ledger etc. and ensure posting in software.
∎ Maintaining financial books of accounts and statements in compliance with the requirements of the related bodies - Auditors (internal & external), NBR (Tax purpose) and VAT authorities.
∎ Operate Pre-Audit of daily transaction, supplier bill checking, petty cash reimbursement checking etc.
∎ Conduct internal audits independently and maintain records.
∎ Prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing and different kinds of financial reports/statements.
∎ Check the payment and make out invoices to ensure the normal operation of receiving and payment.
∎ Reconcile of debtors and creditors balance loan and advance for SCM (Supply chain Management), marketing, commercial & bond department.
∎ Assist senior management in developing and implementing monthly account planning and activities.
∎ Monitor and analyze revenues and determine budget variances and report the same to management.
∎ Monitor all kinds of supplier's bills.
∎ Manage and monitor all inventory record through tally software with proper inventory mgt. system.
∎ Maintain & reconcile bank accounts statements.
∎ Maintain close liaison with Bank, NBR, and other govt. agencies.
∎ Administration responsibility assigned by Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 42 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Insurance, Medical allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Festival bonus will be paid after six months of continuous service.
