∎ Financial Planning & Budgeting
∎ Prepare annual budgets and forecasts
∎ Monitor budget vs actual performance
∎ Financial Reporting
∎ Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
∎ Comply with local and international accounting standards (e.g., IFRS)
∎ Cash Flow & Treasury Management
∎ Manage cash flow, banking, and investments
∎ Forecast fund requirements and optimize working capital
∎ Audit & Compliance
∎ Coordinate internal and external audits
∎ Ensure tax, VAT, and legal compliance
∎ Team Leadership
∎ Supervise finance team
∎ Train and develop staff in financial systems and practices
∎ Strategic Input
∎ Advise top management on financial strategy
∎ Support business decisions with financial analysis
∎ Cost Control & Risk Management
∎ Implement cost-saving measures
