∎ Educational Requirements: Master's degree

∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate must be self-motivated & can handle Accounts related work of a group of company independently.
∎ Execute, monitor, and manage all Books of Accounts through ERP Software.
∎ Maintain close liaison with Bank, Vat & Tax offices and other govt. agencies.
∎ Maintain all Books of Accounts related Sales, Receivables Etc.
∎ To update overseas agents' receivable statement and monitor and pursue to expedites the payments for collection.
∎ To overseas the payments collection from overseas debtors through e-mails including preparation and attaching the updated SOA.
∎ Tran's shipment and import shipments (Air & Ocean) freight bills to get approval from respective operations department.
∎ To account for on accrual basis accounting and then prepare "PAYMENT ORDER" to settle the payments to the agents.
∎ Maintaining have inter company (local) reconciliation current account when the transaction occurs.
∎ Prepared documentation to collect shipment from both Sea & Air Freight and timely submitted to bank for Encashment certificates.
∎ Follow up & collect prepaid shipment documents (CNF CRT) and forwarded to Respective Airlines/Shipping lines.
∎ Maintain financial books Of accounts and statements in compliance with the requirements Of the related bodies - Auditors (internal & external), NBR (Tax purpose) and VAT authorities.
∎ Ensure transactions duly comprised and classified in the ledger to help preparation Of financial statements.
∎ Ensure preparation and submission Of VAT Return and maintain VAT books.
∎ Ensuring monthly TDS deduction from Suppliers.
∎ Ensuring the measures that comply with all fiscal laws including Income Tax, VAT & Company Law.
∎ Monitor petty cash.
∎ Preparing Monthly, Half yearly and annual inventory reports.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Experience Requirements: Minimum 15 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in Freight Forwarding Accounting
Salary: Negotiable
