Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, implement, and ensure accounting policies and procedures in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
∎ Daily accounts operations such as accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts and treasury, etc.
∎ Prepare, examine and analyze bills/invoices, vouchers.
∎ Dealing with Banks to perform withdrawal and deposition.
∎ Borrow account is reviewed and checked against the cash journal.
∎ Ensure timely expense reimbursement records of all Suppliers Bills, Payroll, utility bills and any other payments.
∎ Follow up material controlling & inventory management.
∎ TDS and VDS deduction from the applicable heads of accounts and deposit to the Govt. treasury.
∎ Prepare local financial statements as per BFRS/IFRS in accordance with the headquarters requirements on a monthly basis.
∎ Computation and Submission of Withholding Tax & VAT return as per law.
∎ Prepare the Bank reconciliation statement.
∎ Ensure VAT, Taxation and other Govt. legislation type works are done with due compliance with local law
∎ Prepare other periodic financial reporting as per accounting standards submit to the management and HQ Finance.
∎ Maintain liaison with External Auditors, NBR and VAT authorities.
∎ Ensure safety and security of account documents and ensure confidentiality of information.
∎ Perform any other jobs as and when assigned by the management.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
