∎ A distributor approved by bKash intends to recruit "Manager- Finance & Accounts" & "Distributor Manager".
∎ In job responsibilities, you will find two categories of job responsibilities which are being followed by "Manager- Finance & Accounts" and "Distributor Manager" respectively.
∎ and additional requirements should be treated the same way as well.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to prepare Financial Statement, cash flow, financial forecasting, balance sheet, budget & budgetary control of the organization.
∎ Prepare yearly Sales, Revenue and Capital Budget.
∎ To ensure internal control system through Finance, Accounts, Audit and other means.
∎ Should have clear knowledge over Value Added Tax.
∎ Should have clear knowledge about VDS & TDS.
∎ Maintain purchase register, Sales register, Musuk Challan, VAT returns and all other register as per VAT and SD Act.
∎ Prepare and Submit Monthly VAT Returns through online in due time.
∎ Maintain VAT software as per Govt. Rules.
∎ Preserve all documents as per Acts and Rules.
∎ Represent the company in legal proceeding as well as maintaining liaison with the concerned VAT, Customs and Govt. Offices.
∎ Any other assignment which may be assigned by the management.

∎ Create new dealer/distributor and ensure smooth distribution in each & every dealer/distributor point to minimize the waste of time & expenses of the co
∎ Responsible for achieving individual's monthly/annual sales target.
∎ Develop sales plans and budget to achieve the monthly / annual sales targets.
∎ Plan & ensure high product visibility in the market and minimize market gap.
∎ Day to day monitoring of sales & collection to achieve monthly target.
∎ Monitor the activities of other competing companies and report accordingly.
∎ Must have clear idea and knowledge about the market.
∎ Motivate & train up the sales personnel to achieve the goal of the organization.
∎ Manage the sales personnel in a professional way and be responsible for Sales team's activities.
∎ Plan periodical visits to the dealers and retailers to develop new dealer & increase sales target.
∎ Arranging market development programs to boost up the relations and sales.

∎ Bachelor/Master's degree in Finance/Accounting With ACCA or CA (CC) Partly Qualified or CMA Partly Qualified would get preferences.
∎ Proven working experience as Manager/ Asst. General Manager - finance and accounting department.
∎ Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases.
∎ Ability to manipulate large amounts of data.
∎ Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
∎ Good communication skills in both English & Bengali.
