Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve the company's goal through Direct marketing, Database Marketing and Tele Marketing.
∎ Respond to the client's query at the office and over the telephone.
∎ Create a strong client base relationship for potential opportunities.
∎ Meeting prospective clients and promoting projects.
∎ Received and attained customer complaints.
∎ Manage database of marketing information of the industry.
∎ Ensure proper collection and target recovery are achieved.
∎ Prepare sales and marketing strategy.
∎ Looking for new customer hunting to lead generate.
∎ Prepare deed of agreement.
∎ Maintain good relationships with clients.
∎ Candidate must be honest, polite, smart & work under pressure.
∎ Lead development of RFQ/RFP responses
∎ Creative writing and narrative development for outgoing content.
∎ Support overall firm communications
∎ Update firm social media content and lead social media campaign development
∎ Coordinate all outgoing written content and visual collateral
∎ Manage brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms
∎ Open Relationship doors as appropriate
∎ Other duties as assigned
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
