Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Architecture
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good knowledge of Modern and Contemporary Interior 2D & 3D Design.
∎ Adequate knowledge of modern materials.
∎ Highly skilled and proficient in 3D visualization ( Modelling, Rendering, Animation ) and 2D presentation.
∎ Any Design-related duties could be assigned by the office.
∎ Proficient in Architectural planning.
∎ Calculation of FAR.
∎ Preparing sheet for RAJUK / Other Authorities.
∎ The capability of managing teamwork.
∎ Meeting with client and site visit.
∎ Keep record regarding Site information & supervision copy of approved plan and detailed information.
∎ Must follow the instructions of Management.
∎ Site Visit & Supervision.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following Softwares-AutoCad, 3D Max, Sketch, Lumion, Corel Draw, Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator, etc.
∎ Full Membership of a respected professional institute (IAB).
