Responsibilities & Context:
Lead the Accounts & Finance department, ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Oversee day-to-day financial transactions, including AP/AR, GL entries, and bank reconciliations.
Supervise project-based accounting for land, construction, and property sales transactions.
Prepare and monitor budgets, cash flow, and fund management.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Financial Reporting Standards (BFRS) and company policies.
Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.
Coordinate with external auditors, NBR, and regulatory bodies.
Maintain strong internal controls and ensure transparency in financial operations.
Support top management with financial insights for decision-making.
