∎ Minimum graduate with professional courses in food, nutrition, culinary science, hospitality management or marketing.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure product line, sourcing, on time production, sales and operation as per business standard.
∎ Ensure continuous improvement on regular menus and developed new items.
∎ Ensure food safety as per standard and maintain prescribed way.
∎ Set and Initiate strategic business plan to increase guest & revenue.
∎ Ensure hygienic and healthy environment to achieve business goal.
∎ Develop and implements policies and SOP’s for F&B, Ensure optimum resources utilization for maximum service with quality;
∎ Ensure employees safety, hygiene and cleanliness and update all food and beverage equipment and facilities as on required;
∎ Attend the customers complain & Feedback and take necessary initiative to ensure the improvement with quality in the process.
∎ Lead, monitor, appraise & train Team Member to achieve business plan;
∎ Carry out any other job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 38 years
∎ 10 years practical experiences in the food industry and 02 years in managerial position with prominent F&B industry.
∎ Sound Knowledge on Food safety, Health & Hygiene, HACCP.
∎ Fair knowledge in costing, pricing, sourcing and inventory management of food & beverage industry.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to lead the team and appraise & motivate the team members.
∎ Ability to achieve the target within short lead time.
∎ Should be excellent team leader and also very sharp, smart, with a fair personality.
