Responsibilities & Context:
  1.  Strong knowledge about costing, price negotiation, and close follow-up with customers until orders are shipped.

  2.  Obtain full responsibility from product development to shipping through T & A plan management, as well as after-services required by customers.

  3. Candidate should be a self-starter capable of performing multi-tasking, working well within tight deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude.

  4.  Monitor and report on all activities, forecasts, and provide relevant management information.

  5. Candidates must have experience in the garment division (jacket/outerwear) items.

  6. Contact potential buyers for business development and order collection.

  7. Correspond with buyers for specific orders and address related issues.

  8. Develop new buyers, products, and negotiate prices.

  9. Capable of planning and marketing garments factory and sub-contracting during order crisis moments.

  10. Communicate with buyers and fulfill their needs in every aspect.

  11. Develop garment samples as requested by buyers.

  12. Prepare bill of materials, coordinate and track delivery of raw materials.

  13. Market and lead efforts to acquire more orders.

  14. Identify, develop, and increase sales volume for the organization.

  15. Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile customers.

  16. Monitor and report on market and competitor activities.

  17. Independently handle activities including marketing, sales, instant price quotation, negotiation, and sourcing.

  18. Liaise with buyers for order booking, processing, follow-up, and export planning.

  19. Play a leading role in long-term planning and operational excellence initiatives.

  20. Lead the in-house team of designers to meet buyer`s needs.

  21. Coordinate with planning department to determine delivery schedule and order implementation sequence.

  22. Prepare standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the marketing and merchandising team.

  23. Identify new fabric sourcing opportunities based on global apparel market trends, trade regulations, and corporate/brand strategies.

  24. Oversee team activities, evaluate performance, and identify strengths and weaknesses.

  25. Ensure product quality, fabric compliance, and adherence to requirements.

  26. Review and approve samples, resolving queries related to style, construction, workmanship, and quality.

  27. Recommend process simplification and cost-saving alternatives to buyers.

  28. Drive the use of digital tools for garment technical processes and automation.

  29. Contribute to the sustainability agenda and meet business sustainability targets.

  30. Collaborate with brands to drive a robust forecasting process supporting revenue targets, production efficiency, on-time performance, and profitability.

  31. Prepare production plans and shipment plans according to the "Time and Action Calendar" on a regular basis.

  32. Strong knowledge of English speaking, listening, and writing for effective communication with buyers regarding production status and receiving new orders.

  33. Ensure maximum lead time to production and maximize profit.

  34. Provide regular reporting to management on ongoing activities and issues.

  35. Ensure subordinates carry out their duties and responsibilities according to organizational policy.

  36. Ensure proper planning for smooth team operations.
