Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEng) in CSE, EEE, Mechanical, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing, Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

∎ Experienced in E-commerce operation is a must.
∎ Ability to lead the E-commerce team will get highly preference.
∎ Needed strong idea and experience regarding selection of reseller and making wide range of business with those resellers.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle daily operation of E-commerce.
∎ Liaison with all type of product suppliers/ vendors/Co. etc
∎ Formulating strategic planning for the overall efficiency.
∎ Organizing delivery procedure and capacity planning.
∎ Facilitate sourcing and on-boarding of leads based on the category and company strategy.
∎ Identify new seller/brand prospects through data-driven analysis on the market.
∎ Identify new Customer / brand prospects through data-driven analysis on the market.
∎ Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
∎ Updating database and using a customer relation management system.
∎ Developing and implementing strategies for Merchant acquisition and selling to the distributor.
∎ Monitoring and implementing different Promotional activities.
∎ Plan and monitor the ongoing company presences on social media.
∎ Effective follow-up on product inventory, quality standards.
∎ Report hourly/daily/weekly/monthly sales status to the Management and resolve any problems to ensure the order is executed as per customers' specifications.
∎ Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
∎ Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
∎ Maintain documentation for MRR, Receiving Copy, Invoice copy, etc. and submit to SCM.
∎ Analysis of the E-Commerce related performance.
∎ Monitor and evaluation of users' behaviour to derive suggestions for improvements.
∎ Others duty will be assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Digital Marketing
∎ Training/Trade Course: E commerce
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Business Operation, Leadership
