∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): A large group of Companies, Multinational Companies.Excellent communication skills – Fluency in English (Speaking & writing) is essential.
∎ Strong knowledge in taxation (i.e. ITO 2023, The Value Added Tax and Supplementary Duty Act, 2012 etc.)
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced working environment.
∎ In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current issues.
∎ Competency on ERP/Tally will be an added advantage.
∎ Should be honest and dedicated towards work.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and maintain day-to-day financial transactions.
∎ Ensure accurate financial record-keeping using TALLY/ERP software.
∎ Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and close monthly financial reports.
∎ Conduct bank reconciliations within stipulated deadlines.
∎ Address internal and external audit observations and liaise effectively with auditors.
∎ Demonstrate knowledge of TAX and VAT regulations and ensure compliance.
∎ Review and authenticate bills and vouchers for management approval.
∎ Conduct monthly cost settlements, prepare related reports, and analyze gross profits.
∎ Support the enhancement of operating procedures and financial planning.
∎ Assist in preparing monthly management reports.
∎ Assist annual budget preparation and implement cost control measures.
∎ Oversee physical inventory management and ensure the accuracy of fixed assets records.
∎ Undertake special assignments as required by management.
∎ Job Context:
∎ We are seeking a talented and qualified(Partly) Financial Management Officer to join our team at our head office. The ideal candidate will have completed ICMA (minimum 1000 marks) and possess a strong background in financial management, auditing, and cost analysis.
