∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ On boarding and establishing proper supply chain channels and delivery points all over the country including identification, assessment, negotiations & activation of the multi-party business engagement.
∎ Ensure uninterrupted services and delivery to all partners & retail outlets.
∎ Analyzing the market and preparing a distribution plan for respective growth.
∎ Ensure optimization of business processes and field operations
∎ Identifying opportunities for company's business growth.
∎ Maintain regular business relationships with partners, potential outlets and customers
∎ Achieve principal and outlet wise sales targets.
∎ Ensure excellence in the execution of any central or local campaign where necessary.
∎ Ensure regular physical visits to different points.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 33 years
∎ Delivery Management
∎ 3 years managerial experience in Courier services, FM CG, distribution-delivery management etc. and at least 2 years experience in any E-Courier services operations is must
∎ Must have experience of team management
∎ In depth knowledge about distribution management, product replacement, customer service, route planning & territory business planning

Salary: Negotiable
