Job Context:
∎ Save the Children invites applications for the above mentioned position for Strengthening National Midwifery Program (SNMP). This program will focus to enhance provision of equitable and high quality sexual, reproductive health and rights (SRHR) care to women at targeted areas, particularly in host communities of Cox`s Bazar. Qualified women are strongly encouraged to apply. Minimum requirements will be flexible for the potential female candidates.
∎ Contract length: Contractual up to December, 2019

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 6 years' experience in program management including field implementation experience of which 3 years in management position.
∎ Demonstrable experience in working closely with the government agencies in the field of SRMNH is strongly preferred.
∎ Working experience related to community mobilization will be an advantage.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to manage a complex and diverse workload and to work to tight deadlines
∎ Ability to contribute to a small, proactive team, motivating staff and working collaboratively with colleagues
∎ Written and verbal fluency in English, computer proficiency in MS Office
