Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum requirements will be flexible for the potential female candidates.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 6 years' experience of which 3 years in management position, preferably field implementation in health programs.
∎ S/he is expected to have demonstrated experience in working closely with MOH&FW with a large complex multi-partner team
∎ Understanding on NGO and public sector and national health system issues.
∎ Ability to work independently in high-pressure situation, track record of dealing with multiple partners including the district level MOH&FW.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office, willingness to travel across the district (80% of time).
∎ Master Degree, preferably in Public Health. Any certification course related to maternal and newborn health will be an advantage.
