Job Responsibilities:
∎ Study digital & media practices of cement industry & competitors’ activity and plan effective campaign to enhance brand equity and stakeholders’ engagement.
∎ Plan digital strategy, manage social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn) and develop suitable digital content to promote our brand among stakeholders.
∎ Develop effective media plan to ensure brand visibility in right media - TV, radio, press, social media platforms, online newspapers, etc.
∎ Work closely with creative agency to set the best digital & media marketing strategy fit for cement business to improve cost efficiency & end result.
∎ Manage newly relaunched company website, arrange to upload new contents, improve features to make it more communicative & useful for stakeholders and execute SEO/SEM, database marketing, email and display advertising campaigns.
∎ Manage call center operation and query management in social media to ensure online engagement.
∎ Develop monthly digital & media analysis report for top management covering activity summary, impact & engagement result, media trend of cement industry, competitors’ activity, etc.
∎ Plan annual activity calendar and manage digital & media campaign in line with annual Brand Marketing budget.
∎ Coordinate with cross-functional departments to plan and execute digital & media campaign properly.
∎ Work closely with Marketing & Sales team to coordinate development of various Software & Apps to track daily sales call, branding activity, stakeholders’ engagement, sales lead generation, etc.
∎ Collaborate with internal Research team to study satisfaction level of stakeholders & their media behavior, identify industry trend and optimize media spend based on insights.
∎ Establish strong relationship with Media and Govt. Authorities to enhance company image through PR campaign.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, google analytics, SEO, online algorithm
∎ In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best current media trend & practices and website analytics
