  •  Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills  

  •  IELTS 7.5 (or equivalent)



Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Manager, Digital Marketing to lead our digital marketing funnel, and lead generation initiatives. This role combines growth-focused marketing with results-oriented sales leadership, reporting directly to the GM and CEO. 

  • Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing, display advertising, etc.) for lead generation.

  • Conduct market research and manage campaign budgets

  • Oversee Paid Ads like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc., to optimize performance marketing initiatives.

  • Manage sales funnels and optimize customer journeys (B2B & B2C).Monitor and report on KPIs.

  • Develop and manage the company’s website, landing pages, and marketing automation workflows.

  • Handle CRM and marketing automation tools.

  • Develop and implement brand positioning strategies to ensure a consistent brand voice.

  • Oversee the creation of brand assets – videos, brochures, presentations, etc.

  • Collaborate across departments to unify marketing and sales efforts.
