∎ JOB PURPOSE: Drive the seamless adoption of technology-based products/ solutions and lead the need assessment and interest generation for promoting Skills Development Programme`s (SDP) developed product/ system and its features amongst all stakeholders inside and outside of SDP.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme`s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain project timeframes, and prepare budget estimates and status reports for SDP's all technology-based projects. (Initially, the Online Career Hub project will be the highest priority).
∎ Engage relevant stakeholders and coordinate between the technology and programme teams to establish shared responsibility during pilots/ PoC of tech products.
∎ Ensure regular follow-up of the project operations and effective monitoring of the projects to drive execution smoothly.
∎ Guide the development and implementation partners and project team members to develop proper documentation, reports, interfaces, application extensions, and master data preparation and conversion.
∎ Contribute to project planning and business development to ensure that technical aspects are well-integrated into broader project goals.
∎ Communicate with stakeholders to maximize product feedback to ensure the programme's active participation in the solution development phase.
∎ Analyse existing processes and activities to develop and drive alternative digital interventions for smooth and efficient operations.
∎ Develop team capacity at Head Office and field level through intensive supervision, mentoring, and training so team members can grow and take up larger roles as the programme expands.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Firm knowledge on ICT4D, urban development, social protection and labour markets, statistical analysis, data mining and data analytics.
∎ Ability to produce quality work with a high degree of accuracy with good problem-solving skills, organisational capabilities and attention to detail, high degree of initiative, and ability to work independently.
∎ Ability to use strong interpersonal and teamwork skills to cultivate effective, productive client relationships and partnerships.
∎ Strong writing and data presentation skills.
∎ Ability to think strategically and rapidly analyse, interpret and integrate data information from varied sources into clear conclusions and recommendations.
∎ Ability to work under tight time constraints, multitask with ease, and adjust plans in face of changing priorities.
∎ Proven experience in database integration among different platforms and capability to lead a team to ensure the end goals.
∎ Minimum 03 years' of relevant experience preferably in a data-oriented position. Candidates having proven experience in backend database designing/ process digitization, service optimization and project management will get preference.
