• Strong knowledge of inventory systems.

• Good leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

• Sound knowledge in MS office.

• Sound knowledge of compliance and safety regulations related to warehouse operations.

• Oversee the entire warehouse operations, including raw material, trims, accessories, and finished goods storage.

• Ensure proper documentation and system entry (ERP/Excel) of all stock inwards and outwards.

• Implement and maintain efficient inventory control systems to ensure stock accuracy.

• Coordinate with production, procurement, merchandising, and shipping departments for timely materials flow.

• Monitor loading, unloading, and stacking of goods to ensure safe and systematic storage.

• Conduct periodic physical stock checks and reconcile with system records.

• Ensure FIFO/LIFO principles are strictly followed.

• Lead and train the warehouse/store team for operational excellence.

• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and hygiene protocols.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and activity reports for management review.

• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for efficiency and cost control.

• Any other task assigned by the management.
