Skills Required: Warehouse Management
Additional Requirements:
Strong knowledge of inventory systems.
Good leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Sound knowledge in MS office.
Sound knowledge of compliance and safety regulations related to warehouse operations.
Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee the entire warehouse operations, including raw material, trims, accessories, and finished goods storage.
Ensure proper documentation and system entry (ERP/Excel) of all stock inwards and outwards.
Implement and maintain efficient inventory control systems to ensure stock accuracy.
Coordinate with production, procurement, merchandising, and shipping departments for timely materials flow.
Monitor loading, unloading, and stacking of goods to ensure safe and systematic storage.
Conduct periodic physical stock checks and reconcile with system records.
Ensure FIFO/LIFO principles are strictly followed.
Lead and train the warehouse/store team for operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with safety, security, and hygiene protocols.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and activity reports for management review.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements for efficiency and cost control.
Any other task assigned by the management.
