Job Responsibilities:
∎ To meet the continuous expanding business growth, applicants should be capable, competent, qualified as well as ambitious personnel.
∎ To execute trades of clients.
∎ Marketing & Communicating with Clients to acquisition new Clients from open
∎ market.
∎ Exceptional ability to promote company success by being courteous to clients,company associates, through a professional appearance and by having a positive attitude.
∎ Generating, and achieving business targets.
∎ Offering high quality customer service in a professional manner.
∎ Maintaining, and developing relationships with existing clients as well as industry participants in person.
∎ Complying with all Laws, Rules, Regulations, Circulars, and Directives of
∎ Bangladesh Bank (BB), BSEC, DSE, CDBL, and the Company.
∎ Maintain related documentation process properly.
∎ Evaluating trading algorithms.
∎ Implementing effective trading strategies.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must be "Authorized Representative" of Dhaka Stock Exchange Ltd. (DSE).
∎ At least 3 years' experience in the respective field.
∎ Must have sound knowledge regarding Trading Rules, Settlement Rules, Money Laundering Rules, and other concern regulatory in the capital market i.e., BB, BSEC, DSE,CDBL etc.
∎ Must be proactive, hardworking, self-motivated, and target oriented.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Customer service oriented with excellent sales skills.
∎ Strong business acumen.
∎ A solid understanding of financial and capital markets.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
∎ Positive attitude toward others.
∎ Seeking continuous improvement in entire business process.
