∎ RMG, Software Development, ISP, IT Enabled Service;
∎ Clear understanding of Digital transformation, Business Analytic, good knowledge of emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, Cloud tech etc.;
∎ Knowledge of Machine learning is definite advantage;
∎ Ability to work under pressure & take challenges;
∎ Require good communication skill;
∎ Result-oriented and a strong desire for success;
∎ Self-starter & proactive.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist to business operations for implementing new applications or system on digital transformation;
∎ Carry out feasibility study for introducing new applications/System;
∎ Analyze the current applications to make it user friendly;
∎ IT Project Management with making all stakeholders vigilant;
∎ System analysis and design;
∎ Process improvement and quality check;
∎ Ensure all the IT based operations are smooth and user friendly;
∎ Design & develop BI dashboard considering user requirements;
∎ Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior pertaining to the software security, data accuracy, uninterrupted data feeding and use data in decision making.
