Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of Annual & Periodical Budget as per Management Requirements.
∎ Prepare budget versus actual reports and works with managers to develop strategies to maximize budget efficiency.
∎ Develop adequate policies, procedures, and processes for the Cost Control function to maintain efficient operational excellence.
∎ Prepare monthly/quarterly cost statements with variance for the products manufactured within the organization.
∎ Ensure proper costing for all products (manufacturing and trading).
∎ Prepare product profitability statements and various financial analyses on a monthly basis.
∎ Conduct cost-benefit analysis as and when required to assist in making management decisions regarding current and proposed project proposals & capital budgeting etc.
∎ Advising on TAX & VAT planning (within current legislation to minimize the tax liabilities) and complying with NBR regulations;
∎ Design, implement and control all types of finance, accounts & costing matters and preparing up-dated MIS reports for the management.
∎ To implement policy and rules for cost controlling issues, safeguard of company assets and cash & cash equivalents.
∎ • Maintain liaison with Bankers, insurance, tax authorities and other regulatory bodies and serve as primary contact with external and internal auditors.
∎ Preparing the Monthly Financial Statements.
∎ Supervision of all finance, accounts, and costing related issues.
∎ Operate daily banking and working capital management
∎ Preparation of all kinds of accounting and audit reports, presentations as per management requirement.
∎ Familiar with TALLY and ERP-based software operation.
∎ Having an Understanding with the Receivables and Payables Management of the entity.
∎ Having ability of initiating any sort of operational audit as per Management Requirement
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 to 4 years related experience required in a reputed RMG based Organization on mid level or managerial level.
Salary: Negotiable
