∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Real Estate

Job Context:
∎ Experience in real estate industry will get preference.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To record all accounting and financial documents of the Company & establish/up-date financial policies, procedure/ systems/control to implement the plan.
∎ To examine and analyses accounting records, financial statement or other financial reports.
∎ To process bank deposits.
∎ To reconcile financial statements.
∎ To submit tax forms/VAT chalan
∎ To prepare report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
∎ To update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
∎ To work with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
∎ To calculate and check to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
∎ To provide analysis of cash flow, operating costs and variances.
∎ To prepare, monitor & control budget. Analyze the budget variance according to requirements.
∎ To reconcile finance accounts and direct debits.
∎ To adjustment on operational advance within stipulated time frame.
∎ To prepare weekly and monthly report.
∎ Any others activities when as required by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 40 years
