Accounting and VAT, Finance/ Accounts, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Record all accounting and financial documents of the Company & establish/up-date financial policies, procedure/ systems/control to implement the plan.
∎ Examine and analyses accounting records, financial statement or other financial reports.
∎ Process bank deposits.
∎ Reconcile financial statements.
∎ Submit tax forms/VAT chalan
∎ Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable
∎ Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets
∎ Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
∎ Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
∎ Provide analysis of cash flow, operating costs and variances.
∎ Prepare, monitor & control budget. Analyze the budget variance according to requirements.
∎ Controlling credit and chasing debt.
∎ Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits.
∎ Adjustment on operational advance within stipulated time frame.
∎ Prepare weekly and monthly report.

∎ Age 32 to 40 years
