Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Effectively manage the overall operations of Cattle, Small ruminant, Zoo & Pet animal and bird.
∎ Developed and executed animal health status & nutrient management plan.
∎ Execute risk management programs and drive continuous gross margin improvements for farm sustainability.
∎ Planned appropriate budget techniques.
∎ Effective management of budget of farm section.
∎ Tagged with procurement process, materials selection and quality justification.
∎ Always liaison with top management and control a team at farm site.
∎ Develops farming development strategy & source new intelligence on farm development.
∎ Manage local issues strategically and maintain liaison with related government and non-government authorities.
∎ Prepared plans and execution of plans related to farming profitability and sustainability.
∎ Carry out any responsibilities assigned by the authority.
