∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the sales team to achieve the sales target,
∎ Create and apply modern and effective sales & marketing strategy for increasing existing sales volume of Mustard Oil,
∎ Take effective measures to create potential market as well as new sales opportunities
∎ Prepare monthly sales planning & execute accordingly to achieve sales target & explore new market,
∎ Prepare reports for management e.g. Sales report, Sales Forecast, Target setup, Market analysis etc,
∎ Prepare competitors sales & activity report,
∎ Supervise & Monitor effective market visit of the team members to the existing and potential customers,
∎ Build a strong relationship with the new dealers/distributors and keep in touch with the retailers,
∎ Coordinate & communicate with the distribution & logistics team to ensure product availability,
∎ Provide feedback and market information to the management from time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Long term working experience in Dhaka base are encouraged to apply
∎ Good communication & Negotiation skill
∎ Leadership and Team Management skill
∎ Positive/diplomatic approach to critical situation handling
∎ Analytical thinking

∎ Good knowledge in using computer, including experience with MS Office
