Responsibilities & Context:

This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in digital content, social media management, AI tools, and a proven ability to guide and inspire a creative team.

  • Develop and manage creative strategies for all digital and social media platforms.

  • Direct and oversee the creative team including graphic designers, video editors, and content creators.

  • Manage the end-to-end creative process, from ideation to execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets.

  • Leverage AI tools (AI image generation, video editing, prompt engineering, etc.) to enhance creative output.

  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital communication and campaigns.

  • Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to deliver impactful campaigns that drive engagement.

  • Stay updated with global creative and digital trends, ensuring innovative solutions in line with industry best practices.

  • Establish and maintain a centralized creative hub for managing all digital content and brand communications.
