Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee entire cost management function of the factory
∎ Ensure Standard Costing Procedure is implemented and maintained accurately at all times
∎ Supervise production & inventory accounting and variances analysis
∎ Manage and control factory production cost i.e. material costing, activity costing and overhead allocation
∎ Prepare periodic budgets for factory with proper planning and cost analysis to ensure cost minimization upon following Standard Costing Procedure.
∎ Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services.
∎ Create and review the control needed for data accumulation and reporting systems.
∎ Report on breakeven points by products works centers and factories.
∎ Report on margins by product and division.
∎ Report on periodic variance and there causes, focusing in particular on spending variances.
∎ Sound knowledge on pre costing / post costing/ marginal costing.
∎ Submit pre cost to Buyer in time.
∎ Work to reduce costing & increase profitability.
∎ Any others task assign by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Strategic Planning , Costing, Accounting .
∎ Analyses post costing & report to management.
∎ Find & report deviation in pre costing & post costing.
∎ Take corrective action to minimize deviation in pre cost & actual cost.
∎ Build, Train & Lead the team.
