∎ 7 to 9 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
At least 3 years of experience in cost management., Cost & Management Accounting, Cost control, Cost Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Cement Industry, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Steel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Formulate business plans.
∎ Proper understand ton entire business curve and business productivity & profitability.
∎ Collaborate with department heads to strategize to minimize waste/cost.
∎ Commit to maximizing efficiency at all levels without compromising quality.
∎ Develop and implement proactive solutions and cost-cutting measures.
∎ Roll out clear cost-saving programs with timelines and assessment goals.
∎ Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the interdependency of cost drivers.
∎ Building relationships with internal stakeholders.
∎ Critical assessment of all budgets and cost projections
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 33 to 40 years
∎ Wide experience on resolving business issue through technical service
∎ Knowledge of Total Cost Management & Cost Control.
∎ Clear concept of cost accounting, Classification, Process and how the function works
∎ Critical thinking, adaptability and time management.
∎ Allocation of budget & cost baseline.
∎ Analyzing cost report & communicate with the team members.
