∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Corporate sales and Marketing, Planning and monitoring, Relationship Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement effective sales strategies for increase of market share and profitability on sustainable basis in line with Annual Sales Forecast and Annual Business Plan.
∎ Ensure the industry wise (such as- pharmaceuticals, hospitals, RMG sector, NGOs, Banks, Telco) targeting for developing business prospect.
∎ Analyze and report competitor activities to provide sales and coverage development plan.
∎ Motivate and direct Sales team to establish and increase market share through coverage.
∎ Visit different clients and areas to monitor overall sales function and assess market potentiality.
∎ Build and retaining up excellent trade relations with different business partners and customers.
∎ Monitor and motivate the activities of team members and report to the Management about their development.
∎ Conduct monthly and quarterly meeting with team members.
∎ Ensure client service on the basis of route plan through the merchandizers.
∎ Prepare and execute an agreement with the clauses including aspects of financial and general information as well as measuring the financial potentiality of the client.
∎ Ensure inventory requirement from the team-members for the specific clients and communicate it for reordering.
∎ Ensure updating of product description in terms of price and weight change.
∎ Ensure the communication towards the clients end regarding new product, offers & different programs to get maximum sales benefit.
∎ Ensure categorization of clients based on their performance.
∎ Ensure emergency delivery in case of delivery system deviance.
∎ Ensure product customization for the industrial markets.
∎ Responsible for collection from the clients in respect to the credit limit allocation.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
∎ Provide weekly sales and collection forecast.
∎ Accumulate and provide daily execution and non-execution report to the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proficiency in o Microsoft Office Package

Salary: Negotiable
