∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Supply Chain Management
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGDSCM

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Foreign procurement, Local Procurement, Logistics Management, Warehouse Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Food (Packaged)/Beverage

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly procurement action plan for the department.
∎ Plan, organize and control the purchase activities of the local & the foreign sources in order to achieve the set target within competitive price margin.
∎ Develop and manage new and alternative procurement sources and maintain supplier database with suppliers rating and identify the best and the right suppliers to get the quality products in time.
∎ Introduce and implement supplier assessment techniques.
∎ Ensure efficiency to achieve quality, cost effectiveness and timely delivery in procurement.
∎ Analyze and develop consumption trend in coordination with the Brand department.
∎ Liaison with multiple C&F Agents and keep in track with C&F regarding the upcoming products.
∎ Provide reports to the Management regarding LC, Shipment, goods location and their safe delivery on monthly basis.
∎ Responsible for fleet management of Warehouse function.
∎ Ensure distribution and storing chain maintenance from product receiving to client end.
