Experience:
· Draft, review, and distribute press releases, media statements, corporate messages, and thought-leadership articles.
· Coordinate interviews, press briefings, corporate announcements, and media coverage for senior management.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, media outlets, and industry influencers.
· Monitor media coverage, analyze public sentiment, and recommend actions to protect and enhance the company’s reputation.
· Lead crisis communication efforts, ensuring timely, transparent, and consistent messaging.
· Build and maintain strong professional relationships with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and policymakers.
· Monitor and interpret legislative, regulatory, and policy changes that may impact business operations across all SBUs
· Represent the company in government forums, regulatory meetings, and policy dialogues to advocate for company interests.
· Support SBUs in obtaining approvals, licenses, renewals, and compliance documentation.
· Develop and implement comprehensive corporate communication plans aligned with Group strategy.
· Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels—digital, print, events, and stakeholder engagements.
· Create messaging frameworks for leadership speeches, corporate presentations, annual reports, and strategic announcements.
· Manage digital presence in collaboration with marketing/communications teams.
· Engage with trade associations, industry chambers (e.g., FBCCI, BGMEA, BASIS), NGOs, training councils, and professional bodies to advance corporate interests.
· Identify and build strategic partnerships that support business expansion, market visibility, and policy influence.
· Represent Munshi Group at conferences, business forums, networking events, and public policy discussions.
· Plan, implement, and monitor CSR programs aligned with organizational values and business objectives.
· Develop partnerships with community groups, training institutions, and social development organizations.
· Develop internal communication strategies to support organizational changes, restructuring, and new policy rollouts.
· Work closely with HR to promote the company’s mission, vision, values, and culture among employees.
· Manage internal communication channels such as newsletters, employee updates, town halls, and leadership messages.
· Ensure consistent communication of company goals, achievements, and strategic initiatives across all SBUs.
· Assist leadership in developing and maintaining corporate governance frameworks, codes of conduct, and ethical guidelines.
· Coordinate preparation of Board materials—agendas, minutes, reports, presentations, and follow-up actions.
· Support SBUs in audits, compliance checks, legal documentation, and regulatory submissions.
· Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and accuracy in all corporate documentation.
· Monitor potential risks and emerging issues affecting company's reputation or operations.
· Prepare crisis response plans and act as a communication lead during critical incidents.
· Prepare regular reports on media performance, government affairs, stakeholder engagement, and communication activities
