Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets for compost fertilizer.
∎ Identify and expand the customer base, including dealers, distributors, agri-input retailers, and farmers.
∎ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to guide product positioning and pricing.
∎ Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and inventory planning.
∎ Frequent market visits and relationship building ensure long-term profitable growth of the business.
