Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in, Disaster Management, Development Studies, Economics, Business studies or other relevant field of social sciences (Anthropology, Sociology, International Relations, Peace and Conflict) is required.
∎ Post-Graduate diploma/training in Protection, Project Planning and Management, Participatory Learning, Humanitarian programme cycle, Core humanitarian standard, Emergencies and Relief operations/ Disaster Risk Reduction will be of added advantage;
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ Stating Date: As soon as possible.
∎ Reportable to: Director, CD and CEA focal, NHQ, BDRCS
∎ Duty station: National Head Quarters (NHQ), Dhaka with frequent field visit.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least, 6 years of experience working in programme management and development in the field of community engagement, accountability, social mobilisation, community led project management in Bangladesh for a humanitarian or development organisation.
∎ Age Limit Minimum 35 years (age limit will be relaxed in case of the potential candidate).
