Educational Requirements:

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Corporate Social Responsibility, Good Communication Skill (Bangla and English)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Development Agency, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, NGO
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create, plan and execute internal/external communication practices and social responsibility activities to strengthen the sense of belonging and pride of the employees, as well as the positive public positioning of the company. Examples: volunteering program, sponsorship of schools, etc.
∎ Manage the support and effective interaction with other departments to achieve the completion of tasks and processes necessary for the execution of the activities of communication and social responsibility.
∎ Manage the donation program together with the donation committee, which includes determining the institutions that received aid, what is going to be donated, seeking quotes, managing budgets, monitoring works, final delivery and ensuring that they are carried out in accordance with Gildan's global donations policy.
∎ Maintain an early monitoring system and inform corporate as well as local top management about news that may have a positive or negative impact on the business.
∎ Manage contingencies and advise in the presence of any crisis that may affect the image, reputation, climate and operations of the company.
∎ Prepare reports on the execution and needs of Corporate Citizenship of the company, as long as it is required.
∎ Display information about the activities, policies, procedures and others through the different communication channels.
∎ Support the communication needs of other company departments.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent communication and technical writing skills;
∎ Able to work in fast-moving, multiple-task and team environments with high; adaptability for change;
∎ Strong organizational skills;
∎ Autonomous, meticulous and has a strong sense of initiative;
∎ Entrepreneurial spirit and good judgment.
