Education:
∎ Bachelor of Social Science (BSS)
∎ Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences or a related discipline from a recognized institution.

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years of relevant experience in communication, preferably in the development sector.
∎ Demonstrated excellence in writing and editing in both English and Bengali.
∎ Experience in leading communication and PR team including multi-disciplinary talents such as digital and traditional artists, graphics designers, photography and video documentation etc.
∎ Experience in SBCC and BCC
∎ Experience in Communication and Branding policies, strategies and implementation
∎ Experience in Development communication principles and processes.
∎ Strong experience in self reliant IEC and Communication material design and development.
∎ Showcase communication support experience minimum of 7 UN, INGO and GOB partnership projects.
∎ Proven ability to craft compelling content, including photo stories and donor communication materials.
∎ Extensive experience in Natural Resource Management (NRM), Nature-Based Solutions (NbS), Water Activities, and WASH initiatives.
∎ Hands-on knowledge of climate change impacts and NRM hotspots.
∎ Practical experience operating drones, DSLRs, and high-quality video and photo recording devices.
∎ Proficient in video and photo editing, with the ability to create polished multimedia content.
∎ Skilled in reviewing donor and partner visibility policies and translating them into actionable guidelines for national NGOs.
∎ Experience in developing policy branding strategies and comprehensive communication and visibility plans tailored to organizational goals.
∎ Proven track record of managing events, including workshops, training sessions, and donor-related activities.
∎ Expertise in fostering relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders to promote organizational visibility.
∎ Skilled in creating branded communication materials, including brochures, reports, and social media content.
∎ Experience in aligning visibility strategies with donor requirements and organizational objectives.
∎ Having non-discriminatory and gender-sensitive perceptions along with safeguarding
∎ To protect children in connection
∎ Knowledge of digital communication tools and platforms, including social media and website management.
∎ Experience in working with local communities, government agencies, and NGOs is desirable.
∎ Efficient computer literacy (especially MS Office applications and graphics design applications)
∎ Strong ability to work with the team
∎ Strong ability in problem-solving and decision-making.
∎ Skills in documentation, facilitation & reporting.
